By downloading, accessing, or using MiniScheduler (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

MiniScheduler is designed to help you manage and schedule micro-tasks efficiently. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Account and Data

MiniScheduler does not require creating an account. Any data you enter, including tasks, templates, and calendar access, is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal or calendar data to external servers. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data.

4. Pro Features

MiniScheduler offers optional Pro features, including:

Auto-reschedule missed tasks
Unlimited templates
Weekly insights

Access to Pro features may require a subscription, which is governed by the app store’s terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed through the app store and not directly by MiniScheduler.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, and software in MiniScheduler are the intellectual property of MiniScheduler and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. In summary, MiniScheduler stores all calendar and task data locally on your device and does not upload it to external servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniScheduler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MiniScheduler at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons. You may also uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of MiniScheduler constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.
